Why Things Are Changing

I’ve loved creating flash drives, but technology (and my process) has shifted. When I first started, I was shooting about 1,000 images per game. Now? I’m consistently taking 2,500–3,000 per game… which means going through and eliminating pictures until I have around 250–350 photos from just one game. Add in several hours of editing, and you can see why I’ve been rethinking my workflow.

🎯 The Updated Game Plan

1️⃣ Instead of covering an entire high school athletic career, I’ll now focus on one school year at a time. This makes things more manageable for me and easier for you to view and enjoy your athlete’s photos without digging through years of galleries.

2️⃣ I’m also adding an option that lets parents access photos throughout the season — no more waiting until the end of the year.

💾 Flash Drives Are Still Included

No worries — you’ll still get a flash drive at the end of the season or school year if you want one. The only difference is that now you’ll also have a more flexible way to enjoy your athlete’s memories throughout the season, instead of waiting until the very end.

📸 Full Season Access

Full season access guarantees photos from at least 8 games—so you can celebrate the wins, laugh at the bloopers, and remember every unforgettable moment of the season!

⚠️ Important Note for Senior Families

If your athlete is a senior and you’ve already spoken with me about the original plan, nothing changes — you’ll still receive everything just as promised.

For all other families (freshmen, sophomores, juniors, or seniors who haven’t previously set up a plan with me), the new pricing system will apply moving forward. Families who were on the original plan also have the option to upgrade into the new system for photo access throughout the season. (Upgrade pricing will look a little different than for families just starting fresh.) 🎉
